Description
UK First Energy Solutions Ltd is seeking a motivated Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field and will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer interactions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide a team of customer service representatives
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Maintain customer service records and prepare reports
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Assist in training new customer service staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Additional customer service certifications are beneficial
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a supervisory role
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus, but not required
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency in customer service software and MS Office suite
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
- Basic understanding of the energy industry (preferred)
