Description

UK First Energy Solutions Ltd is seeking a motivated Customer Service Supervisor to lead our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field and will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer interactions and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide a team of customer service representatives
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
  • Maintain customer service records and prepare reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Assist in training new customer service staff
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Additional customer service certifications are beneficial
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Experience in the energy sector is a plus, but not required
Skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Proficiency in customer service software and MS Office suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
  • Basic understanding of the energy industry (preferred)
